What We'll Do
Our journey to Denmark will begin in Copenhagen, where the scent of fresh pastries follows us through the cobblestone streets and the city hums with life. For the first few days, we’ll wander together through colorful neighborhoods, ducking into well-loved yarn shops, stopping at cozy cafes, and sharing some of the favorite spots we’ve discovered.
From there, we’ll leave the city behind and travel west, arriving in the welcoming town of Ravning. For four days, we’ll be immersed in the art of natural dyeing, guided by the talented makers of G-uld. This is a retreat that blends creativity, calm, and the quiet magic of Denmark’s countryside. We’ll return to Copenhagen for a final evening together before our retreat comes to an end.
Where We'll Stay
Copenhagen -
While in the city, we’ll be staying at Axel Guldsmeden - a boutique hotel in the heart of the Vesterbro neighborhood - a creative hub of Copenhagen, filled with a huge assortment of restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Each guest will get a room of their own as their own cozy retreat after days spent exploring.
Ravning -
Local B&Bs are generously providing our accommodations in Ravning near the farm where our natural dye workshop will take place. Rooms will be shared among attendees at a few different farms in the village, and we will always gather together for meals and the workshop.
